If you receive damaged item, you should follow up the below steps :

The parcel was damaged from outside :

* Do not throw anything from the parcel (files, package material, items and so on )

* Take some pictures for the parcel and the damaged item ( parcel outside and inside, broken items with damaged pcs, more pictures will be better )

* Contact the international shipping provider and ask for a refund.

The packing of the parcel was not damaged :

* Do not throw anything from the parcel (files, package material, items and so on )

* Take some pictures for the parcel and the damaged item ( parcel outside and inside, broken items with damaged pcs, more pictures will be better )

* Contact your local express company and apply a complaint.

* Provide us with the appeal number labelled on your parcel with Complain number, we will try our best to follow up with the international shipping provider. 

For the missing item, you can send the missing item id to us, or send the picture to figure out which item is missing, after we confirm, we will refund to you.
