To process transferwise topup , please follow the belows instructions.
#1 Please remember to set the recipients currency as HKD
#2 Fill in the transfer details as follow
#3 Finally remember keep the Deposit Note (it is a pdf file , that transferwise will send to you) and send to us for reference. Belows is a sample Deposit Note
Transferwise normally take 2-3 working days for money arrived to us, we will process the top up asap once received the confirmation from transferwise.
Q: How to calculate the amount I really topup?
A: If you sending the following currency (USD,EUR,GBP,CAD,AUD,SGD). We will directly topup your locked transfer amount minus the handling fee
(which is display in your deposit note as Amount coverted)
For any currency other than the above listed, we will topup the reverse value provided by transferwise. You can refer to transferwise home page to calculate the amount you will get.
Assume you sending us 381.28 CHF, what we excatly got will be 2989.83 HKD.

Case #1 : If you wish to topup Bhiner wallet in USD, you can input the amount 2989.83 HKD into [Recipient will get exactly], then you can get the USD amount that will topup into your Bhiner account 384.85 USD (388.7USD - 3.85USD)

Case #2 : If you wish to topup Bhiner wallet in EUR, you can input the amount 2989.83 HKD into [Recipient will get exactly], then you can get the EUR amount the will topup into your Bhiner account 354.38EUR (356.38EUR - 2EUR)
