1，本店商品均由道具师精心制作，尽可能做到还原。由于大部分为手工制作以及喷漆上色，不用批次产品有细微的不同和轻微的瑕疵，这是不可避免的并不属于质量问题，谢谢理解。
2，道具尺寸为手工测量，可能有误差单不影响正常使用。
3，道具均为实物拍摄，由于拍摄是光线和电脑显示器不同，物品可能会存在少许色差。

关于发货
有部分道具尺寸偏大或为异形，为尽可能保证运输安全，我们会进行拆分发货，收到不会安装的可联系客服，一般几秒钟就可以组装完毕。

关于集运仓
海外的客人需要通过集运仓的，请确保集运仓可以帮您验货。如果转运后到达目的地道具损坏，需要您自行承担。因为货物经过二次转运，无法判断是否由我们邮寄过程中发生损坏。下单先，请先联系本店客服，问清包装尺寸、重量和材质，再告知集运仓客服。由集运仓客服确认可以转运再下单，以免集运仓拒签，如果拒签买家需承担产生的费用。

本店产品均为cosplay道具，并非玩具。由于材质抗破坏性能有限，并不适合年纪较小的孩子使用，请介意的家长朋友慎拍，不要玩坏就说质量不好。

关于售后
因为道具为易损品，退回时必须使用店家提供的原包装退回（里面的泡沫+气泡膜等防震物品也不能少），或者使用同等大小的结实纸箱。退回时建议拍照留底，如果店家收到的道具损坏影响二次销售，店家有权拒签。因为道具体积较大运费较贵，如果不是店家原因产生的退货，来回运费由买家承担。
