Because it is a tailor-made item, and come out from a drawing or photo, so we don't guarantee 100% accurate and due to the fabric and handmade factor, some small difference is allowed and accepted.
Once ordered the custom-made an order, it cannot refund or exchange. But if we find the size or some small problem which can fix, we will contact the seller fix it.
