Return Policy

Bhiner as a purchasing agency, not a seller or a manufacturer, we buy on behalf of members will and provided online merchandise. We do not accept returns of an item unless you have received an incorrect or damaged product.

If you would like to make a return policy , please send a email to as@bhiner.com stated clearly your order number. It will be smoother the process if you can provide the parcel pictures as a reference for us.

small difference in the color shade or size diffrence in just a few centimeters is not accpeted as return reason.

Member please check clearly on the item image we provided before you make the second payment.

According to most policy in China online store, you have 3 days to request for the return of the items once we took snap photo for you. For the days afterwards, your item may cannot be returned. So please keep an eye for the snap image we provided.
