Return policy

After First Payment

Member please check clearly on the item image we provided before you make the second payment.

According to most policy in China online stores, you have 3-7 days to request for the return of the items once we took snap photo for you. For the days afterwards, your item may cannot be returned. So please keep an eye for the live picture that we provide.

After Second Payment

If the item is damaged or does not meet the order, please contact us by e-mail within 72 hours after receiving your order. If it is overdue, request is no longer accepted.

The email should contain: 

1. Precise photo parcel and goods, which can be seen damage or discrepancy order.


2. Photo sticker with a bar code. 


Occurrence of any of the following circumstances, we will not accept your request to return the goods


1.The commodity is replaced, the original change, or missing parts

2.Opened goods, such as package, CD, DVD, tapes, etc.

3.Color difference is the same color tone(e.g rose red,normal red)

4.Involving goods missed, damaged, defective and other issues, you need to contact the customer service within 72 hours after you have received. If it is overdue, request is no longer accepted.
